Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update from Forest Road Dental
As our community deals with the increasing incidence of Covid-19, I wanted to update you on the precautions we are adopting at our practices in order to ensure the well-being of our patients and staff.Whilst our normal hygiene protocols follow those advised by the NHS England and the British Dental Association, we have since the outbreak advised all our staff to adhere to the very strict infection control protocols as currently advised by Public Health England.
As healthcare professionals, we deeply care for the wellbeing of all of our loyal patients, staff and the wider community. It is with this in mind and the Governments emphasis on social distancing and self-isolation, with a very heavy heart we have made the decision to temporarily close our premises until further notice.
Please be reassured that we are still here in very difficult circumstances providing as safe as possible emergency care for our loyal patients, including those in vulnerable groups (Please click here to see what is considered a true dental emergency).
Patients are requested not to arrive at our Practice without an appointment made at the advice of the duty dentist in advance. Patients who do arrive without an agreed appointment will not be seen as our doors will be closed to the public.
Patients who find themselves in pain or in dental distress are advised to call our Practice between the hours of 10am-4pm* where they will be able to speak with a member of our team to answer any queries you may have.
Our patients who are members of the Forest Road Dental Practice Plan will be receiving a separate correspondence with advice on how they can be assisted in addition to the above.
We appreciate your support at a time that is very difficult for staff, patients, Practice and the community at large.
If you find yourself self-isolating and experience toothache, please take a moment to read the following helpful advice - click here to see more.
Above all, Forest Road Dental implores all patients to follow the Government guidance on staying at home and keeping yourself and your loved ones safe during these testing times.
*10am-4pm as of 8/6/2020, otherwise until this date the phone line is open from 10am-2pm.

I can’t explain how much difference ‘my new teeth’ have made to my quality of life.
Ms R
Three years ago you gave me the best Christmas present I have ever had. I dont think you realise how much it changed my life when I got my ‘new teeth’ and I really appreciate it.
Ms R
All the staff are so friendly from the moment you walk into the practice. It’s such a lovely atmosphere.
