Put simply, dentures are replacement teeth which sit on either an acrylic or metal base.
Your dentist will go through all of your denture options as well as other tooth replacement options at your check up appointment.
We use the highest-end laboratories to give the most natural appearing replacement teeth as possible.
The process begins with taking moulds of your teeth and gums and sending them to our laboratory who creates a copy of your mouth in stone. From this, the process to build your dentures from the ground up so it is tailored exactly to your mouth can begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
The dentist will during the process of making your dentures go through a “mock up” stage where you will have the opportunity to visualise the dentures before they are finally completed. If there are any areas you wish to improve, this appointment gives you the chance to adjust to your hearts content so you are always completely happy with the end result.
We encourage you to speak with your dentist to discuss what your alternative options may be as replacing teeth isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ and everybody has their own preference in terms of what they prefer.
